SF 2027 Needs Assessment Data Crosswalk

Every item the state needs-assessment template requires, and every component the county RFP commissions, mapped to a specific source — with its URL, the year the data represents, the geography it reaches, how it is accessed, and what age and income breakdowns it actually supports. Built so the 2027 assessment can start from what is already on the public record rather than rebuild it, and so the gaps are named before anyone discovers them mid-project.

What this is, and what it is not

A map of sources, not a needs assessment, and not a complete one. It says where a figure can be found and what it is a figure of; it does not produce estimates and carries no standing with the Council. It is one person's verification done on one day, and it goes stale — every URL and vintage was checked on 30 August 2026, and the standing rule is to re-check after roughly 90 days. Where two sources disagree, both are recorded and neither is resolved. Treat it as supplementary material: a starting point to check, not an authority to quote.
