SF ECE Meeting Record
Three institutions decide San Francisco's early care and education, and each keeps its own record: the department that funds care, the Board that appropriates for it, and the district that now teaches four-year-olds. This merges all three into one dated chronology, so a question like "when was this last raised, and by whom" becomes a lookup instead of a research project. Every count opens into the document page or the video moment behind it.

Supplementary material, not the record itself and not a complete account of it. It was assembled by machine from what each body happened to publish, then narrowed by keyword; no one has read all 1,127 records end to end, and the three sources do not cover the same years. A subject that looks absent means the search did not find it in what was gathered — not that it was never discussed. 908 of the records are uncorrected machine transcription and are marked unverified, which is why every one of them carries a link: confirm before you cite.
